The word 'ABOUT ME' written in large, bold, red letters with a black outline.

I'm a UI/UX designer based in the Bay Area, with a multicultural background, born in the U.S. and raised in Japan. After returning to the U.S. for college, I earned a degree in Sociology, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding human behavior. That curiosity naturally led me to user research and, eventually, a passion for product design.

I design with empathy, always putting users first and creating experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and truly useful. I'm passionate about building designs that make an impact and feel effortless for users.

I have hands-on experience in the full UI/UX design process—from user research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing. I’m especially drawn to the fast-paced, ever-evolving e-commerce and beauty industries, where thoughtful design can significantly enhance user experience.

Beyond Design

I enjoy creating playful illustrations and bringing creative ideas to life. In my free time, you can often find me playing video games, golfing, or snowboarding, activities that keep me energized, focused, and constantly inspired.
